Lil' Sal and the Wildtones is a Rockabilly band from the Netherlands, formed in 2014. They have come a long way in a short time with their self-written songs, which are a mixture of Grooving Bop and Raw Rockabilly, with a healthy dose of originality. In 2016 they released their debut vinyl EP on Tombstone records. They are the first dutch band on WILD-records, their first cd on this label was released in the summer of 2017. Their music may be firmly rooted in end fifties/sixties rock’n roll, but they believe it is as relevant as any other genre of music today.
Since they started to play live in 2015, they have build a reputation of playing wild gigs, and can be found playing clubs and festivals in Holland and all over Europe. They also played at the Viva Las Vegas festival (USA) 2016 and 2018.
